诺奖得主的健康长寿秘诀

   
   貌强 Maung Chan (缅甸华族)
   
   2009年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖得主———伊丽莎白·布莱克本、卡萝尔·格雷德、杰克·绍斯塔克等,总结出延缓人类衰老的五大秘诀,帮地球村现代人打开健康长寿大门。
   


   1.乐观与生活有目标
   要健身,先健心。有了心理健康,才有生理健康。
   长寿者无不心胸宽阔、乐观开朗、善良、随和、生活有目标。
   心胸狭窄、鼠肚鸡肠、斤斤计较、鼠目寸光无远见的人大多短命。
   乐观者一般具备处理压力本能,并有强大的社会网络与生活目标——即使仅有假期计划、读书学习等短期目标,其生存优势就无形中增加——死亡率比其他老人低一半。
   
   2.生命在于运动
   各种运动都有益身心——尤其步行是世界上最好的运动。步行轻松愉快、神清气爽,可按年龄与身体状况或快或慢或强或缓——既可减少糖尿病的发病率,也能降低高血脂,软化动脉血管,醒脑提神,防止老年痴呆。
   
   3。少吃牛肉猪肉
   多吃牛肉或猪肉的人,易患心脏病与高血压;红肉在肠停留时间长,易导致结肠癌;红肉所含的雌激素,增加女性患乳腺癌风险。每天吃约113克比吃得更少的人早死。要吃荤,就吃深海鱼吧!
   
   4。补充维持生活素D与阳光
   全球约有10亿人缺乏维持生活素D导致骨质疏松、糖尿病、上血压、癌症。“阳光维持生活素"摄取不足的成年人都早亡。
   除了多吃多喝含钙食物与适当补充维生素D之外,多晒晒太阳更可达到补充维生素D的理想效果。
   
   5.人缘好
   人缘好,心情一般都会很好,体内大量分泌有益的激素,把身体调节到最佳状态有利于健康长寿。百岁老人都具有好人缘与好免疫力的共同特点。
   社交生活越少人缘就越少,日常生活焦虑与孤独感所引起的化学物质在大脑也就越堆越多——因而越可能生病!
   长期精神焦虑紧张会削弱免疫系统并加速细胞老化,最终让人的寿命缩短——提早呜呼哀哉!
