Abstract: Many Chinese students feel excited for coming oversea to study. The truth is that in the 2010s, they are facing the serious dilemma. When graduation in oversea like the United States, since 2016, two scenarios awaits over 80% of them. One, going back to Communist China and suffer whatever terrible they feel when they left there years ago including the apartment price being over 200,000 U. S. dollars, while common people’s income there is just 200 U. S. dollars a month. Two, they cannot adjust their status in the United States. Only 1 out of 5 can get a H1B visa by having a professional job, and H1B does not naturally lead to green card. Over 80%of the Chinese students truly face the serious dilemma. There are two ways out. One is to participate in the democratic activities for the United States hold democracy and human rights as the fundamental value of this country; the other is to live with U. S. citizen. There are about 1 million Chinese students in the United States and there is also 1 million Chinese U. S. citizen in this country. Changing major, changing family do not fundamental benefit a person; only changing the country can truly change one’s life.
